Vzw Kompani processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data: Data of persons under 16 years of age.
As vzw Kompani focuses its services specifically on minors and their context within the framework of integral youth and parenting support, persons under the age of 16 can use the services offered by vzw Kompani.
To the extent possible, parents, educators or guardians consent to the use of these services by persons under 16 years of age, or are at least aware that such persons are using the services of vzw Kompani.
On our website, we cannot verify whether or not a user is under the age of 16. We therefore recommend that parents, educators or guardians be involved in their children’s online activities in order to avoid collecting data about their children without parental consent.

Vzw Kompani remains responsible for this processing.
